Appointment Cancellation Policy
There is a nonrefundable deposit due at booking. Deposits will go towards the balance of your appointment. Please cancel your appointments at least 24 hours in advance . If you reschedule in time your deposit can go towards your next appt. You will lose your deposit fee of $25 for all last minute cancellations. No call no show appointments will result in no future bookings. YOU CANNOT CANCEL OR SWITCH YOUR APPT MORE THAN TWO TIMES. Or you will forfeit your deposit and will have to put another deposit down to book an appointment. The stylist will decline your appointment if you reschedule over and over again 3 times or more .

Are you open 7 days a week?
While our website is open 24 hours a day for you to purchase from our online store, our salon has custom hours. We are Open Wednesday through Saturday and closed Sunday through Tuesday.
Can I book directly on your website?

Do you accept Insurance for your custom wigs?
Short answer is Yes. We accept all insurances as well as direct pay.
Are you able to diagnose Alopecia?
While we are professionals in hair care, a proper diagnosis should be made by your doctor/physician
